1 /5 Kimberly Garcia: I’m disappointed with how Yoga6 handled my billing issue and want to share my experience so others are aware. I cancelled my membership in August but was still charged for September, which I accepted responsibility for after my bank reversed the dispute. However, Yoga6 then decided to add late fees on top of that, even though my payment had originally processed on time. This kind of billing practice feels unfair and not in line with the values of transparency, mindfulness, and customer care that Yoga6 promotes. I truly enjoyed the classes I took at the studio, but this experience has left me questioning their integrity and how they treat loyal clients.
