Julia Cadriel: This gym is filled with empowering women that have helped me gain physical and spiritual strength. We pray together before each workout and hype each other up to finish strong. I look forward to my time lifting with these ladies! We are led by Coach Venessa who takes the time to get to know her clients on a deeper level. Her love for fitness and Jesus shines bright! Coach Mari has been an added bonus to this beautiful gym. If you’re looking for a women’s gym, this is it! We can’t wait to welcome you to VST sisterhood!

Glynesia: It was such a great experience, joining with fitness Connection with the help of Mr. Jackson. He went into great detail to make sure that I have an understanding of the equipment, the help that is there and everything above. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything and had any questions. I am so excited for my journey.

    Anytime Fitness - Houston
Michael Czar: Fantastic gym I cant recommend enough and wanted to make sure I gave a shout out to. Perk of access to all the anytime gyms around the city or outside of Houston with a membership, which comes in handy for anybody who drives a lot for work, but with local ownership and an Owner in Will who manages hands on. Friendly, inviting and with a nice array of versatile equipment for varied workout, its been great value. With Will and the staff it has much more the feel of a familiar, community vibe, always being greeted personally, which fosters a nice, more personal environment. Definitely a great option for anybody in the Clear Lake area.
    Life Fit Gym - Houston
Linda Hernandez: Best gym in Houston! They have class times throughout the day that fit your schedule. The trainers are very qualified and encourage you throughout the workout and help you with your form. The gym is setup so you can book your own station. The workouts are preplanned so you come in ready to break a sweat. The gym community there is friendly & respectful. Overall experience 10/10
Stones Gym & Fitness Center - Houston
Miller: Read the latest review and honestly couldn’t wait to share my own experience. The owners response really rubbed me the wrong way. It came off as defensive and out of touch probably written by the owners wife who is known to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did they misidentify the person who left the review, but they also twisted the situation completely, likely because of their own personal/political beliefs. I used to be a member of this gym, and I’ve heard this story firsthand from several current and former members, many of whom ended up leaving because of how management handled this situation. A young guy was aggressively approached and verbally harassed by an older man in the locker room. It got to the point where the younger guy had to defend himself verbally. Even after he tried to walk away, the older man followed him out of the gym still harassing him. It’s really upsetting to see people in leadership roles let their personal biases cloud their judgment, especially in a situation that should have been taken seriously. I expected better, and honestly, I’m really disappointed.
