Not only do they explain taxes and loans to step by step which I wasn’t taught in high school. they are the most friendliest and caring. If you are on a limited income do NOT bank here. Deposit money and still get a charge a overdraft fee because even its on the same day...its not the same business day. However they are within their rights, the fee may have been processed prior to your deposit and its the customers responsibility to ensure the account is maintained efficiently.
