He provided a lot of information about insurance that was useful and got us exactly what we needed at the time. I feel really good about having an insurance agent that works to get to know our family and has our best interest in mind. It gives me that small town feel in a big city which I like a lot.

Mike was able with no pressure to compare apples to apples for auto and home, and explain clearly the benefits with me even passing on some of the savings to obtain increased peace of mind. The switch is coming from someone with the same insurance for 28-years, so not taken lightly.

5 /5 Kim Oakcliff: Yes, Taylor Strickland gave me a call out of nowhere. I just talked to my previous insurance company about lowering my rate a couple of days prior and I still wasnt pleased. So, after talking to Taylor about my previous policy with the other company and what I had to remove to make it lower. When I tell you by the end our conversation, I received a lower rate and I got wanted on my policy. Taylor informed me of everything to do the next day. I called for him, but he was not available at the time, but Alyssa was able to assist me and she was very knowledgeable as well. She helped me complete I needed to get started with them. In conclusion, this is the agency for you. They will try their best to help you any way they can to give you the best rate and they are knowledgeable.
