gadget5458: They’re great when they’re taking your money but when you Have to file a claim, they have no insurance adjusters around Abilene Texas so you must take your car to a body shop then they fight the body shop on every single thing. Body shop says there’s $8600 worth of damage All State says $2600 worth of hell damage. The body shop has physically seen the car. There is no insurance adjuster to see the car just photos I would never recommend All State and the minute my policy comes up for renewal. I will be looking anywhere else!!!!

Wolfpack: This is a dishonest insurance agency. They changed my roof coverage to cash value from full replacement without my knowledge. When called and asked, they pretended they did not know and told you they will get back. But they wont since they did on purpose to keep customers with so called "lower premium" by changing the most important coverage for your roof. The same thing happened to few of my friends. I will report this agency to state government. 11/21/2022 Update: The reply from this agent is a lie. I have all the email evidences for what they did to my policy. I have few friends who have home insurances from this agency, they have the same issue when reviewing: the roof coverage changed to cash value from full replacement without their knowledge. So stay away from this agency.
