Not upset because they denied my application, but because I sent them all of my personal information. I hope theyre not doing anything unlawful with my sensitive information.

    Daniel Bermudez: This Fiance company will let just about anyone open an account with you being present to sign for it. They run your credit every year and do not abide by Texas Consumer Laws or FTC Consumer Laws. Someone opened a fradulant account 18 years ago in my name and they continue to run my credit. I have sent them letters to stop and they still continue beware of these people.

    Tito S.: Horrible experience I had here with The Branch Manager… looks like she has a Power Trip. She needs some training on how to approach customers in some situations. She needs to learn how to word what she is going to say before she talks. Thank god I paid off my account and don’t have to deal with this Branch Manager ever again. According to other branches there is a lot of complaints about this Branch manager and I can tell by the other reviews. Also made a complaint with corporate but who knows if they will do something. Obviously she still working here. The only positive note on this review is to The Zaragoza Branch- Thank you for your help.
