Tito S.: Horrible experience I had here with The Branch Manager… looks like she has a Power Trip. She needs some training on how to approach customers in some situations. She needs to learn how to word what she is going to say before she talks. Thank god I paid off my account and don’t have to deal with this Branch Manager ever again. According to other branches there is a lot of complaints about this Branch manager and I can tell by the other reviews. Also made a complaint with corporate but who knows if they will do something. Obviously she still working here. The only positive note on this review is to The Zaragoza Branch- Thank you for your help.

Although my mother relocated to the east coast years ago, Mr. Chaney continues to check in on her and is very responsive when we need assistance with any her policies/accounts. The experience with Chaney and Associates is beyond outstanding!!!!
