Maria Korzan I needed a notary service so I called to see if there was one on site. I was told that I needed an appointment for that which to me was odd because I am a notary and I work at a local bank in New Mexico and we dont require an appointment, but I also thought that not all banks are the same. I got my appointment and I needed to head to MD Anderson to see a cancer doctor. So we went an hour early to the bank to see if they could see me. The lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful, I was there for 15 minutes and didnt have to wait till 1 for my appointment. they accommodated us and did us a favor. Thank you for your understanding that I needed a service and I needed it quick.

Phyllis Smith this location is THE worst!! banking experience ive ever had...the lines are long the tellers are slow and there are more people walking around "mingling" instead of helping to get customers in and taken care of!!!
