Hungry Sparrow: Its no secret county buildings closed at noon with this in mind I rushed my entire morning to get a registration sticker. I want to get there with time to actually get the sticker to not hold everybody up I arrived about 15 minutes before the closing. The doors were already shut, locked and all of the blinds drawn. This is a county building they should not close down as the public has an expectation for you to serve within the hours mandated by the county. However I was not the only person to be affected by this there were other citizens arriving frustrated with their county. As the hours for arbitrarily changed with no warning or even a note on the door. This is not the only experience that was below expectations I have been before and the card readers were not working and I could not get my registration sticker. I was told to go to a gas station ATM and pull out cash and then return. The citizens deserve better.
