1 /5 Julia Thar: I would like to complain about Customer service. Everyone seems to have good customer service meanwhile I experienced Worst customer service ever. The lady that talked to does not even want to give her name. I would have included it her name but since she refused to give her name, I am so done with it. Super rude, treating her customer like trash. The worst customer service ever in my whole life. How dare to decline giving her name. She probably is so scared to lose her job/reputation. If she’s treating right she would not refuse to give her name. Words could not describe how rude she is. Loss for words. I feel bad for this company for having such a trash employee like her.

2 /5 Raul Perez: 5/7 25 l came into Valles. Get some help to get paperwork for Progressive insurance. The only person lady around 10pm. Lady was unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and She yelled. I called progressive they told me to go to another insurance company. I went to Valles Insurance because I’ve done business with them before the owner is super that lady was rude if she treats me like she did and she treats other people like that she’ll run her business down. I’ll never go back there again. I had done business with him for years in the past.

Jeaneth Perez: I have fred loya, and they are locking of knowledge. They have a bunch of kids running their office . I highly dont recommend that insurance go somewhere else. No good adjuster, no good investigator, and they find you guilty without no investigator the case good. You think they will support you when you have an accident, but no, they find you guilty with or without investigating your case. And if you have a witness , they dont care, and they just said you guilty . I can not say no more because their not enough space to write more. But if you can find yourself another car insurance because they wont help you, but they will charge you. Of course, money is what matter to them.

I got a couple local quotes and Daniela’s office was the best and still is. I recently got a quote for a home and auto bundle and realized I never left a review.
