Fred Loya Insurance - Midland (TX)

1 /5 Jeaneth Perez: I have fred loya, and they are locking of knowledge. They have a bunch of kids running their office . I highly dont recommend that insurance go somewhere else. No good adjuster, no good investigator, and they find you guilty without no investigator the case good. You think they will support you when you have an accident, but no, they find you guilty with or without investigating your case. And if you have a witness , they dont care, and they just said you guilty . I can not say no more because their not enough space to write more. But if you can find yourself another car insurance because they wont help you, but they will charge you. Of course, money is what matter to them.

1 /5 Janie: Not professional, asking personal unlawful questions. Seriously thinking about reporting to TDI. Feel very discriminated and judge against. Its a you get what you pay for bottom of the barrel company, BUT STILL SHOULD HAVE RESPECT & HIGHER STANDARDS TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS & people period.

1 /5 Sydney Rutledge: If I could give 0 stars I would. One of their drivers ran a red light and tboned me on MARCH 6 2024. It is July 25 2024 and I am still waiting on a check that they promised was sent JUNE 3rd. The adjuster and the supervisor that was working my case quit in the middle of it and I have no way of getting ahold of anyone. I have emailed every email I have and called the midland office 3 times requesting a call from an adjuster. They told me today that an adjuster called me on July 22 but did not leave a voicemail and I have no missed call from July 22. This has been the biggest nightmare dealing with these people. (Also side note NOT ONE REPUTABLE collision center will take your car if Fred loya is who they have to deal with. We went through 6 collision centers in midland before we found one that agreed to work with us)

5 /5 Kerri Dawn Jones: Iven using my Fred Loya since I was 18 years old. The Amarillo branch is home for me. Now living here in Midland I use the office on Andrews Hwy. Jen and her co-workers have been so good to me. Last year when I couldnt afford them and lost my car they extended my quote for me for 10 days to be able to cancel it so I would get into debt with them, giving me the opportunity to renew when I got back in my feet. I am grateful for these ladies understanding and patience. Thank you Fred Loya!!!
