1 /5 Veronica Turner: The office is rude and refuses to work with their customers. The delivery driver places our packages in the worst spots instead of bring them to the front door and dropping them off when they dont fit in the mailbox. I have heard that this is an ongoing issue that needs to be resolved. The office does nothing about it when you call to explain the situation and they are quite rude about it instead of understanding where there customers concerns are coming from. I have only started having this issue this year where the driver no longer does this. I think they may have changed staff and gotten a new, rude, and lazy driver who refuses to help their customers by putting forth minimal effort. My packages were thrown in my yard by a gate. Seriously unacceptable work ethic to put forth. Its shameful really to represent a federal tax funded agency this way. The people of Fairfield deserve better.
