5 /5 Antonio Flores: I was greeted when I walked in and I was asked if I needed assistance. I was also told if I needed help during my transaction to just ask. I was greeted on the way out as well. Friendly and helpful staff.

1 /5 Janice Callis: Use to enjoy this bank until recently I ended up with a defected money order and had come from the west end twice just make sure I had all my information and receipt and the person still refused to give me another one or place the money back into my account. With Covid 19 and job losses that we are all experiencing it is frustrating and the person showed no sympathy. I will no longer come to this bank.
