Texas First Bank - Galveston
James Prater: Texas First Bank is the single greatest bank Ive ever been a member of. Fast lines, great service, and all served with a smile in an experience you only find at TFB. Texas first bank is the best financial institution of them all, and the Broadway location is the best branch of the best bank. John, Rene, Lindsey and Gloria are the most skilled and lovely bankers Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Not only would I trust my money to them, I would trust my life to these talented and attractive tellers. I wish I could give them infinity stars!

Mike Evans: We are traveling and tried to make a deposit. Not helpful at all and would not complete the transaction. Have been a customer for over 20 years. All they had to do was let me call our bank and confirm. Ive always worked with other Prosperitybanks while traveling! Not happy!

Malea Harvey: I absolutely love this branch. Celeste is so helpful with all your banking needs. Whether you have an account or your looking for information she really goes above and beyond. I really prefer using this branch to the other one the customer service far exceeds the other branch. The tellers here really try to help you and dont look put out . I also really like the new building it feels so fresh and clean.
PNC Bank - Galveston
Rose Henry: Im leaving this review on behalf of my experience as a home healthcare provider. I have been working for my client for about a month and PNC has refused to cash the checks my client has written to pay for her home health care. After being paid twice, the bank required our clients attorney (Peter Sapio) to send over information verifying the legitimacy of the checks, which he did. Despite providing everything PNC requested, this branch has still refused to release my clients funds, thus resulting in myself and the other home health aides not being paid for three works worth of work. Our client is an elderly, bedridden woman who has requested in-home care, but since the bank is refusing to release her funds, she had to be forcibly removed from her home and placed into a facility. I am disgusted that the bank manager refused to come to her home after she called for assistance with this matter several times. It seems PNC does not care about the well-being of their elderly customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch or moving your money to another institution.
