5 /5 Beth Reynolds: My husband and I have been going to TK since October of last year and we love it. TK makes sure that our form is correct and that our workouts are impactful. The workouts are designed to build both strength and endurance. He also offers a lot of encouragement and has taken us further than I thought we could go. We are stronger and heathier now at age 49 then we were in high school. I would highly recommend him as a trainer for anyone looking to improve their health.
