Called, text and emailed her over and over. The ONLY response we recieved from her was "send me your settlement when you sell your house and i will cancel the policy!" Do NOT use her, we went to progressive.com and got better rates on both homes with ZERO problems!!!! IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL so called agent!

We talked back in January about options and he gave me all the deals possible, even some my old insurance didnt offer at double the price. I just wrote back to him a few days ago to get started and he emailed back right away. I was never redirected to multiple different agents and the process was quick and simple. He was true to his word and a big help. Highly recommend you work with him and switch to state farm.

And she did a great job helping me and getting me on the phone with the claims agent who would finish setting my claim up and get my car towed to Franks so it can be fixed. Also the other lady was great to as well. Cant remember her name though. So I am really appreciative for her help and think she did a great job.
