Ricky Lopez: I had a bad experience with this company my car was involved in an accident which wasnt my fault so they were charging me the whole time I didnt even have my car and when I told them my car had been totaled they sent me an email a couple days later stating they would be raising my policy by 20 dollars then when I cancelled my policy because I couldnt afford to be paying insurance on a car I didnt have they sent me another email saying I owed them more money I wouldnt recommend ever using this company they are just worried about how much money they can get off of their customers and not actually being understanding or trying to help their customers out

She applied PROOF OF PRIOR whatever that is and i just got this car for my wife and WE NEVER HAD INSURANCE. I repeatedly called for her office and ASHLEY DOES NOT ANSWER. I have to keep my composure because my wife and I already SPENT OVER 300 on insurance LESS THAN A DAMN MONTH. The other agents and each location have tried to help me with quotes but AGAIN if it was RAN CORRECTLY i would have never purchased because the quotes are over $600. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS CAN HAPPEN.
