5 /5 Estela Ramos: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+ Customer Service – Huge Thanks to Danny! I recently visited this gym and was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, but I want to give a special shoutout to Danny – they truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. Danny was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly approachable and kind. Whether it was answering my questions, helping me get set up, or just making sure I felt comfortable, Danny made a huge difference in my experience. The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great vibe – but it’s the people that make it really stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place where you’re treated like more than just a membership!!!

5 /5 Robert Garza: Very impress with this Trufit location. As soon as l walked in the employees at the front desks’ vibe was very welcoming. Danny was awesome! He helped me out by explaining everything to me with such patience and even showed me around! Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Very nice job Tru fit!

1 /5 Aileen Salinas: I pay for the membership that comes with all the benefits including childcare. I’m debating cancelling it because they can’t get their childcare together. They never have anyone in the class to care for the kids. Front desk doesn’t tell anyone when the teacher isn’t there yet. She lets everyone walk to the class with their kids knowing no one is there. Horrible communicators and staff. Normally I would not care if it happened once, but two times a week that I show up and make time to go with my daughter before work on a time crunch at that for the last MONTH! I have wasted my time and unable to attend the gym a total of 8 times because of the issue with their childcare. It is unacceptable because most moms that show up with their kids are all on a time crunch or work. At least communicate with the members as they walk in, but no even that seems to be too much of an effort on the part of the staff.

5 /5 Ashley Villarreal: It is a great environment! The employees are amazing. Highly recommend coming to this gym if you have been on the fence of where to go, this is the place to be. Any questions you have you can always look for Danny or Eddie. I also recommend checking out the classes they have such as tru power. They are lots of fun.
