2 /5 Faith Gallegos: Employees need to do a better job at ensuring people re-rack their weights or do it themselves. The amount of lazy people who attend this gym is baffling & annoying. Expanding this gym is great but it only meant more opportunity for lazy members to leave a mess. 6/24: NOTHING has changed / improved. This place continues to be a disgusting mess.

1 /5 Kim Segura: For the trainer located in Mission I would like to say I’m so unsatisfied with my membership. I just went to ask for information and the guy I believe it’s the manager he didn’t want a no for an answer. I just wanted information and he was so insistent to get the trainer member ship. I was there for like an hour saying the guy I couldn’t pay extra for that membership and he keep telling me I needed if I want to get good results. I felt very harassed. Why they can’t understand when someone says no, I can’t at this moment. Now I’ve been paying more out of pocket because that guy kept insisting that I had to get the trainer membership when I clearly said not at this moment. He didnt let me go until I had to say yes.

1 /5 Maybeth Gutierrez: Guys this is a no contract, just be careful second month that I get a 20 fee (First because they charged and eft draft) (I had removed them!) Second a 20’dollar late fee for a late day! This is absurd! Where can I make a complain about this! Originally I joined because of the 30 monthly but not doing $50! Instead of making an exemption they just refer you to can’t through email that it will never actually cancel! After 10 years with them! No help what so ever!

5 /5 Eladio Alanis: Im thoroughly enjoying my experience at TrueFit! Jakob, whos always at the front desk, provides excellent service always with a positive attitude. Ive been a member here for 2 years, and the convenience of the location, close to my home, is a big plus. Keep up the great work, TrueFit and Jakob!
