5 /5 sergio birch tello: This gym is amazing. Ill agree you can find cheaper deals in bigger cities but thats because you have big corporate conglomerate gyms. This is not that. You really do get a lot for what you pay so I think it is a very fair price. The place is always kept very clean and Polly is amazing to work with. I see myself moving to Edna for work again, and without a doubt, Ill join this gym again. Thanks Total Body Gym for providing us gym junkies a great second home!!!

5 /5 Abby Marshall: I am from out of town and needed a gym for a few weeks. I was very apprehensive about joining because of the reviews, but decided to gove it a try. So glad that I did ! The manager Mrs. Polly is wonderful and very accommodating. The gym has a ton of equipment for its size, and is very clean and organized. The prices are fair as well because you get so much. If I ever have to stay in Edna I will be back at Total Body Gym and Tan.

October Blue: Claims to be a "no contract gym". Ive had HELL trying to cancel mine and my boyfriends gym membership. When I finally got through to someone I was told Id still be charged AGAIN! When I had signed up the guy who was "explaining the sign up process" said it was as easy as calling you there and cancelling. Ive tried to speak with Several managers about this problem but theyre always "unavailable". When I asked about the extra payment I was told it was part of the contract. Sounds like false advertisement to me saying its a no contract gym.

What I especially liked was the separate area for women — it felt comfortable and had machines specifically designed for us, which I really appreciated. Alexander Padilla: An old school meets new school gym feel. Staff is always nice and you can always find them keeping the whole facility in a clean manner. Gym goers are some of the most approachable people and always willing to step in when you need a spot during your workouts. Don’t even get me started on the esthetic’s on the lighting in the posing room. It’s just a great place all around, I love the atmosphere here.

James McKnight: Great place to work out. The classes are small which is a plus. The trainers are awesome, and well knowledgeable. They even have kids classes and the workouts are just as tough as the adult classes. There no A/c so you will get a good sweat

She’s not only incredibly fun and motivational, but she also makes every workout something to look forward to. The other ladies who work out here are just as awesome, supportive, welcoming, and inspiring. I’ve been doing the morning workouts for about two and a half months now, and they’ve completely changed my routine. I’ve lost 10 pounds and, more importantly, gone from dreading workouts to genuinely enjoying them and seeing real progress! Mel offers three tiers for every workout, modified, normal, and challenging, and she demonstrates each one clearly so everyone feels confident no matter their fitness level. As a bigger girl, I’ve never once felt out of place or uncomfortable here. Quite the opposite, I actually love coming! I truly can’t recommend this place, and Mel, enough!

Lauren: Went to this gym solely because I didn’t want a contract, they signed me up for automatic payments. I called them and told them I didn’t want to be set up on automatic payments. They said they took care of it. Two months goes by and they charge me again with no notice. I call them and leave a message with someone who says Patrick will get in touch with me. Never heard from Patrick, never got my money back. Do NOT go to this gym.

Terrell Dean: Update: Sadly the gym is no longer open to the public. It’s really messed with my schedule for sure and was the best gym closest to my house. My favorite gym. This place is filled with peace and quiet the perfect setting for a great workout, No Gym Crowds!! I chose to come here before I go anywhere else. The staff are just some of the most amazing people that you will enjoy seeing every time.
