5 /5 Ashley K: This place is absolutely amazing! The owner is fantastic, and Mel, the trainer, is OUTSTANDING. She’s not only incredibly fun and motivational, but she also makes every workout something to look forward to. The other ladies who work out here are just as awesome, supportive, welcoming, and inspiring.
I’ve been doing the morning workouts for about two and a half months now, and they’ve completely changed my routine. I’ve lost 10 pounds and, more importantly, gone from dreading workouts to genuinely enjoying them and seeing real progress!
Mel offers three tiers for every workout, modified, normal, and challenging, and she demonstrates each one clearly so everyone feels confident no matter their fitness level. As a bigger girl, I’ve never once felt out of place or uncomfortable here. Quite the opposite, I actually love coming!
I truly can’t recommend this place, and Mel, enough!
