Roxanne at Toledo Finance is the person to go and see because she provides a very "dignified" and very "do-able" experience. She is professional, kind and she is even willing to help you over the phone when you cannot go to the office. I love going to the office because it is spotless (you can eat off that floor)! They also have a good relationship with Sage Bank next door for that need a "fee free" cashing experience. --AMG
