5 /5 Amber Burt: Looking back over this past year at TK Fitness, I can honestly say it has been one of the most impactful seasons of growth in my life. When I first started, I was nervous and unsure of what I could really do, but walking into TK quickly felt like coming home. The environment is positive and encouraging, and the heart of it all is Coach Trisha.
Trisha has a way of seeing potential in people before they see it themselves. She challenges me to push harder, lift heavier, and show up even on the days I don’t feel like it. At the same time, she celebrates the small victories along the way and reminds me how far I’ve come. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve reached goals I never thought were possible—like hitting personal records on the rower, gaining strength even through an injury, and conquering my first box jumps.
But beyond the workouts, TK Fitness has been a place where I’ve built confidence, resilience, and community. Trisha has created a space that’s more than just a gym—it’s a family where encouragement is constant and where growth happens inside and out.
