I loved what they had to offer their outdoor gym which has ropes to do as well as free weights! I enjoyed the quick work out area and it’s well maintained! Being accessible 24/7!is great to! I especially liked that they followed up with me but allowed me to figure out what would work out best for me. Great energy all around I look foward to this being my gym!

Kayla Moore: I took prenatal privates with Makaela, and it was the best thing I could’ve done for myself with my first pregnancy. She was genuine, and I was able to be myself around her. She was there to adapt to my personal needs through my journey, and Able to help build my strength without over doing it. I hope anyone considering prenatal yoga will sign up for private lessons with makaela she truly is a gem.

Strike Zone Investments, LLC: While in Fort Worth for a week, I needed a gym to keep my routine in check. I had heard alot about this place and it did not disappoint! I grabbed a 5 Day punch card at a really good price! All machines are high end, the layout was awesome! Tons of cardio equipment upstairs. Music was on point and the energy and atmosphere in this place is unmatched! If I lived here, this would be my go to gym! Highly Recommended!
