5 /5 Bailey Hashmi: As a track athlete, Timberline Fitness has drastically improved my strength and running performance. I began training with Garrett in June of 2024 in order to prevent the injuries that I would commonly experience with running. I began seeing improvement in both my body and speed very quickly. Garrett is an extremely easygoing and laidback trainer, but still pushes me when I need motivation. Working out at a gym like Timberline not only gives you a great environment, but also many great resources. My personal favorite, after hard track or lifting workouts, is the cold plunge. This is a new, unique resource that’s not available at many large gyms. It is my favorite because of how much it helps with my recovery.
My strength has improved greatly after working out consistently at Timberline and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to begin, or continue their fitness journey .
