5 /5 Summer Reeves: I started working out at District H six months ago. As someone who has never worked out before I started with 1:1 strength training and have slowly added in group classes in addition to that.
Offerings
District H is a great place for anyone looking to improve on their long term fitness goals. District H focuses on functional fitness and long term health. With a great mix of strength training and cardio focused classes you get a combo of everything you need to support your fitness jouney. Additionally they offer 1:1 training, small group training, and large group training to match any skill level.
Coaches
The coaches are great and its clear from ownership to the individual coaches that they truely care about the people they are working with and ensuring the are helping to make a difference in peoples lives.
People & Community
Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and supportive of one another. I also love that in every class its almost a 50/50 split of women vs. men. On Saturdays most people like to walk across the street after class for a coffee and hang out.
Overall amazing place, amazing community of people, and I would highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for a place that will suppor them in their fitness and health journey.
