1 /5 Mandi B.: Lazy. Tried to get a quote this week. They would not take my information over the telephone, expected me to email them instead. The P&C insurance business must be easy money for this group. I am a sales professional in a different industry and if you rely on a customer to chase you and email you, it wont happen. Very disappointed in the service and this makes insurance brokers and agents look bad, seem lazy and greedy.
