1 /5 Robert Frazier: Gladly took my retainer. Billed me for administrative costs, Neglected my case for over a year. Returned, via mail, a small balance of retainer in the way of a check. Later billed me $45 for breach of contract???Confused why he didn’t deduct the $45 from balance of retainer he returned. Now faced with finding a capable attorney to pursue original case.Don’t recommend him for civil issues (construction/theft of services). Heard he’s ok for DUI.
