1 /5 Edward D: Raised rates to a ridiculous amount without justification. Office staff (Irene) was very unprofessional and rude. They thought wed pay $499 a month to insure two automobiles. Funny. Switched to Progressive and now were at $237 a month for comprehensive coverage on 2 newer vehicles. Good luck Texas Farm Bureau. Youre going to need it.

1 /5 Joe Reyna: Very disappointed in the response from Farm Burau, we have been long time customers and the customer satisfaction has always been great. Today was another story. My wife had a flat in Houston and needed assistance. She waited over 2 hours for assistance. She ended up having to call a private tow company to change her tire which cost 200 dollars. Just a word of caution if you ever need road assistance do not go through the Farm Bureau, they were a real disappointment today. This is very dangerous if you are a woman in todays climate. Farm Bureau should strive to do better. We would be happy to discuss this in better detail with a representative.

1 /5 M T: For almost a month I have been back amd forth with this Company Tryimg to cash im a life Insurance policy.! Finally get the check tale it to deposit , the chrck biunces!! My personal account is now overdrawn 1 -1,025.00!! My account is for The third day Stil overdrawn. I have gotten nothing but the runarouns. What really frustrates me. Im sure if I would have missed a payment over the last 20 yrs. They would have badgered me hourly wamtimg theor momey. Well I want Mine. Bunch of jerks!!
