2 /5 PS_Mitun: Initially they quoted a good rate but, turned out to be a pain. Would NOT recommend. They got me a rate for home insurance with American Risk Insurance and the communication was horrible. I have seven different mailings within a months time saying insurance is cancelled, reinstated & cancelled again. They asked for a roof inspection which I paid for & provided on time but they didnt even communicate back - so I requested cancelation myself. It has been over 1 month and I still havent received my premium back.
