5 /5 Walter Lazo: Texas Farm Bureau as a company is great. But the real benefit is having an agent who elevates the customer service experience to exceptional levels. Todd is my agent. My family and I are very happy with him. Its always a pleasure to talk with him, and he definitely does his best to help me out with whatever concerns I have. I definitely recommend him.

1 /5 Lynette: I wouldnt give them a star but its the only way to leave a review. Dawn st the Fall Creek office needs an attitude adjustment. For one thing no one there seems to know what anyone is doing. They billed us for something thats not ours and now Dawn claims she doesnt owe us a damn thing and to call Farm Bureau in Waco. Well girlfriend, thats what were going to do. We moved our insurance and in our opinion, she needs to find work elsewhere. Dealing with people is not her specialty.

5 /5 Lera Daffan: They are very caring. Especially after my wreck. The first question he asked was if i was ok. Then he reminded me to get their info. And take pictures. Always caring and respectful.

1 /5 William Rich: I can not speak to the quality of the company. Never made it so far as to purchase a policy. The agent I was passed to failed to offer correct quotes, failed to return phone calls. Was very insulting thru text. Asked for the principle agent to return a call to discuss these issues. Never received that call. I can not recommend.
