Becky Navarro: This agent **** to me. He told me during the process to close on our house that the original quote price wouldnt go up and it did not once but twice! The second time we went through a 3 day process to get the quote redone due to a delay in closing and his words to me were that we had to go this route in order to keep the same rate. When it was completed the rate was even higher and when I asked him about it I got silence. He refused to respond to me. So I have recently changed back to my previous insurance company because they were much lower and way more accommodating. Funny thing is that the person who I bought the house from recommended him as the "lowest" price around. They were shocked when I told them what happened. Apparently he doesnt need new business because he didnt work very hard to keep mine.
