1 /5 Nicolas Diaz: They overdrafted me multiple times even though i had money in my accounts. The staff was polite but couldnt do much. I closed my account and recommend looking for a different bank to those looking unless you want 32 dollars being taken from your account causing actual overdrafts which they will gladly charge you for.

1 /5 Maria Garza: Tdecu has had many issues throughout the years but lately it has gotten worse and worse. Many people are locked out their TDECU bank app including myself I tried calling the customer service number it gave me and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes, someone finally answered but they would not speak to me, I could hear them moving and even sneezing then proceeded to hang up. So I waited for no reason.

1 /5 American Patriot: I have been a TDECU member for about 10 years now. Yesterday I had an unexpected payment situation come up. I am a business owner. Long story short, I went into the Angleton branch, the line was from the tellers counter back to the entry doors, I needed $3500 withdrawal, while my employees were waiting to unload a truck with material. First, they do not have withdrawal slips to fill out myself. I was in line for about 15 to 20 minutes or so. Finally some of their employees started offering to minimize the long waiting line, as people kept coming in. I dont know who this branches management team is...but they seriously need to rethink their process for handling their customers "conveniently." I will say after 10 minutes of standing in line, they stepped it up and had more cashiers working.

3 /5 Cynthia Bee: I went to the TDECU Angleton, Tx. Branch (Velasco St). They only had "Handicapped Parking" on the right side of the parking lot. The (3) spots were filled; so I had to park on the far left side of the parking lot, with NO Handicapped Parking! Then I had to push my mother behind parked cars to get to the Handicapped sidewalk to get on the Bank sidewalk. I had to "pull open" the doors and try to push her in, then pull open the 2nd set of doors to enter the Credit Union. Its 2025, get automatic doors; and start prioritizing in assisting your "Handicapped clients." Also, once youre in, the rubber lining supporting the carpet entrance, catches the front wheelchair wheels.

2 /5 Andres X: This used to be a reliable bank. They didnt have ATMs for months, I refused to go inside or wait in line. I prefer to use the ATMs to make deposits or withdrawals. TDECU ATMs used to make that fast and efficient. They finally brought these new ATMs but half the time those dont work. You cant make cash deposits like you could with the old ones. Its ridiculous. The online banking has become frustrating as well. Im over it.
