1 /5 American Patriot: I have been a TDECU member for about 10 years now. Yesterday I had an unexpected payment situation come up. I am a business owner. Long story short, I went into the Angleton branch, the line was from the tellers counter back to the entry doors, I needed $3500 withdrawal, while my employees were waiting to unload a truck with material. First, they do not have withdrawal slips to fill out myself. I was in line for about 15 to 20 minutes or so.
Finally some of their employees started offering to minimize the long waiting line, as people kept coming in. I dont know who this branches management team is...but they seriously need to rethink their process for handling their customers "conveniently."
I will say after 10 minutes of standing in line, they stepped it up and had more cashiers working.
