1 /5 Crystal W: Tdecu is a much better choice. The customer service is better and they wont hit you with a $35 charge for being 2cents overdrawn.

1 /5 Richard Davenport: I do my personal and business banking at PNC and was approached by the branch manager to get a credit card to prevent fraud. I went back a few months later to do that with Catina who assisted me since the branch manager was not there when I went in the lobby. I got a rejection letter and Catina reapplied and was denied. The branch manager that tried to get me to get card said it would be a snap to get but apparently the manager did not know what she was talking about. I am considering moving to another local bank. PNC was ok at first but went downhill fast after management changes. Not impressed!

She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Truly one of the nicest people weve ever met. Her professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression. 1 /5 tyra slater: Do not give these people you business! Ive never had anybody be so rude and disrespect to me in my life as i did a lady that i just delt with. I was misinformed or confused on my account i just opened,when i called to get some answers from the gal she started arguing and being very unprofessional in every way! Belittling me and the list goes on! I will never allow someone to treat me this way as a customer! Im literly shaking Im so upset!
