TWFG Caldwell Insurance - Royse City Fleur De Lea: The Woodlands Financial Group is a big SCAM. I would not give Gordy Bunch or this agency, another dime. They do not pay out claims and are extremely rude. Photos show what happened to my home in May of 2024. That is the way it sits currently. Included are the dates of SOME emails. There are hundreds more. Do not waste your time as I have for nearly 1 year.
Marilyn, after your hateful phone call, I wish you had spoken with me in reference to my claim. If you had familiarized yourself with that, you would have understood my frustration. Kelli is great, but Marilyn you are less than professional.
