5 /5 Viking Valkyrie: I take any jewelry repair work I have here. They do great repairs in a timely manner, with a smile. Also, they do Sterling repairs and a lot of places dont. Its a small shop, but they pay attention to details and have friendly service.

1 /5 Veronica Ellis: Took pearls to be restrung. Took a long time. decided to have all jewelry appraised, and discovered the restrung necklace was not the same as the bracelet and earrings that was in my set. Completely inferior pearls. They told be I must have cleaned them wrong. When I showed them the rest of the set and how the color was different as well as clasps and side parts, they told me the employee who did the work no longer worked there! Would do nothing! This set was part of my husbands award from work for years of service. Very sentimental, and a matching set. BE CAREFUL!
