They are always ready to greet your child with warmth and care and your child is open to progress at their own pace. The gym is clean and well taken care of. If you are looking for tumbling, dance, or gymnastics classes that are, clean, welcoming and engaging for your child this is the place to come.

The coaches and staff are incredible , they truly care about the kids and help them grow not only as gymnasts but also in confidence and discipline. The atmosphere is always positive and supportive. So we are really impressed about the bang we get for our buck. From the cleanness, equipment to the kindness. What really stands out, though, is the management staff. They lead by example, interact with members in such a positive way, and set the tone for the whole gym experience. If I hadn’t asked to speak with the managers to compliment them, I wouldn’t have realized just how much effort they put in behind the scenes. Their leadership, combined with the cleanliness and quality equipment, makes this location a 5-star experience every time I come in.

P. MoniQue: So I’m finally fed up with this gym and to they’re still trying to charge me to get out of my contract!!!! Every time I come to this gym on Dairy Ashford there’s always homeless people inside. Whether it be taking a shower or using the equipment. This is a major safety hazard and I don’t feel safe coming to this gym. I will never return here!!! Be safe everyone! I called the gym and notified the employee and he told me he’s seen a lot of crazy things at this location. That says a lot!

tetiana s.: I highly recommend Pilates Lab. Nicole, the owner, is extremely nice, professional, and really cares about what she does. The classes are small (only 4 people) which allows for everyone to receive personal attention from the instructor. I was intimated by some larger studios since I am not very fit but was pleasantly surprised by how welcomed I felt. Whether you are just starting out your fitness journey like me or are advanced, Pilates Lab will be the perfect place for you. They offer various levels of difficulty so everyone can find the pace and class that works best for them.

Jule Becker: Reformer Pilates is the best work out I’ve ever done, and has kept me consistently interested and challenged. I appreciate that Club Pilates follows classic techniques, but incorporates fun. Allee is THE best instructor I’ve found thus far. She really pays attention and adjusts form and incorporates direction to help you use the right muscle groups. She leads a tough class, but she is kind. I love her!

Conversations were inclusive and inviting. My son is a 13 year old grass roots athlete and I felt as if they treated him as if he was a pro!!

David Leung: Stay away from this place. They have very poor customer service and all they want is your money. My wife had been member for years and had been having very bad experiences. They kept charging you monthly fee even they closed down for weeks when they had AC problems. Its been difficult to cancel the service. They keep charging you when you already told them to terminate the membership. They wont cancel your membership even multiple times mentioned no intention to continue. They are money hungry not prioritize on customer service. Very disappointed. They threatened to ruined my wifes credit if dont continue to pay and have been adding up monthly membership dues every month. This is how they are doing business.
