    Paul Lappage: At 40-plus I knew I had to do something for my fitness, but I found the isolation and the cost of a gym membership prohibitive that I eventually stopped using it. Fast forward 2 years after discovering F3 and I can genuinely say that it’s been transformational! What I love is that it allows a you versus you approach. You don’t need to be the fittest guy out in the front crushing it, but as long as you put the effort in, you see the rewards. The combination of body weight exercises like push ups, squats, and sit ups, calisthenics, and cardio is exactly what I need at my stage in life to keep fit. And importantly, I’m doing alongside like-minded men in the community. There’s no judgement. It’s all about the support available from the collective all doing the same for the same reasons. I’ve made friends for life here and this is my tribe. Oh, and I’ve enjoyed all of this for the total investment of zero dollars. No gym membership, no dues, no fees to use the facilities.

    John E: We were members for over two years. Last week we canceled our membership and joined crunch fitness. They remodeled the place and took out all of the equipment that we used on a regular basis. They brought in some new equipment in made it so crowded you could not even walk through the gym. Although they tell you it is a company store it is a franchise and a very poorly run one at that

    Karl Bondoc: Been training here for years and it’s easily the best gym I’ve joined. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a great variety for both strength and cardio workouts. The staff is friendly without being overbearing, the managers(Brendan) and trainers actually take time to help you with form if you ask. The vibe is motivating but not too intimidating — whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel comfortable here. Plus, the hours are super convenient(24 hrs). Highly recommend even if you’re not a serious gym goer.
