Icing - Tyler Layla Johnson: My family and I were in here about 20 minutes ago, at around 8pm. Normally we have a decent experience, however this time was terrible.
There was an employee by the name of Natalee. We went to go checkout, and we stood at the register, and we were some of the only ones in the store. She was nowhere to be found. My sister asked where she was, I thought she was helping another customer, but when those two people left, I was confused. At this point, we had been waiting about 8 minutes at the register at this point.
I walked the whole store and discovered we were the only ones in there. I called the store, and the phone rang for a few minutes before Natalee came out from the back room, acting like everything was normal.
I cant speak as to what she was doing back there obviously, or how long she had even been back there, but to leave the store unattended for any amount of time is unacceptable.
