Even when she didn’t have an answer right away, she made sure to research it and always got back to me with the information I needed. Her knowledge and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. What stood out the most was how personable and down-to-earth she was—I never felt rushed or like just another client. She explained things clearly and made sure I truly understood every step.
