1 /5 Paige M: Very poor service. I was looking at earrings for my wedding and they had a few in the style I wanted. One of the sales women was short with me and the other was very helpful. The one who was short with me told the other to put the earrings away before I was done looking at them and did not want to answer any of my questions. Sadly, the second pair that was taken away before I could get a good look, seemed like it could have been close to perfect. However, I didnt want to spend money at a place that didnt want my business. Left a sour taste.

DJ K: Had jewelry taken in to this place and the condition was worse coming out than when going in. Had to have it serviced twice and the third time they claim will call when the owner returns. He is the owner. Spoke to us with lots of words and knowledge but with little action to address the concerns. Would never allow jewelry to be taken to this "business" again. Took to another jeweler they inspected the jewelry and stated some of the work we paid to be done was not done. Waited for Taj Mahal to contact us but it didnt happen. It would cost more to litigate this so we took the loss for what it is. Be careful out there. Not all that glitters is gold

They cleaned both pieces free of charge, educated me about the pieces, and directed me to another local business that dealt specifically with pieces like mine. The shop is lovely and they have gorgeous jewelry and excellent customer service. I will recommend them with no hesitation if you are in the market for fine jewelry!

P J: What a great little store. Sweet people, Had a watch clasp that needed a simple adjustment and they jumped on it immediately. We were in Kerrville on a visit so was in a bit of a pickle with a watch that would not stay latched and they were able to tweak it to get the clasp to latch and were so kind about it. Least I could do is write them a great review. Cool shop. Great folks. Recommended.
