Not only did the owners/Martin&Sherrie check every detail but they both made you feel very comfortable and welcomed in their beautiful classy like new store. Very professional, but homey. We were in Kerrville on a visit so was in a bit of a pickle with a watch that would not stay latched and they were able to tweak it to get the clasp to latch and were so kind about it. Least I could do is write them a great review. Cool shop. Great folks. Recommended.

John Coffey: Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé an I came in with 2 rings worth 4 thousand dollars. Research was done as well as our original receipts which they did not know we had. The man that helped us was snooty an told us “they weren’t worth much”. Then proceeded to offer us 240 dollars. All while treating us like we didn’t know what we doing an trying to pull one over on us. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this establishment as he then proceeded to flick the box of rings back in our direction when we told him no. Do not give them your business.

Gibsons Discount Center - Kerrville

Chris Saunders: This place is an old-school five and dime type shop with full hardware store combined. Walking in the door is like a step back in time as far as the aesthetic the store. Which causes each trip to be a little visit down memory lane. Gibson’s is the opposite of Target or Walmart. This place is Main street USA. Please continue to support and patronize businesses such as these. I know it is still a chain store but it has a whole different feel than the big box style places.
