Cal-Com Federal Credit Union - Port Lavaca Rodney Parker: Being audited and have requested the statements of the account to present to auditor. I was told I have to speak to loan officer and it would be $2.00 a page for my own information. Furthermore as a service to customers they are supposed to notarized documents , when I sat and waited for over an hour then the told me it was against their police to notarize they type of document. Not a reccomended financial instruction when it comes to customer service!
