First Financial Bank - Clyde Michael Peacock: So, my parents have been doing business at FFB since they acquired Bank of Commerce in Abilene. Things change and so does rules and regulations. When I asked the "personal banker" some pertinent questions about documentation, she flips to this mode of hostility and states she hasnt been rude to me and that shes "done with me and I need to leave". At no point did I use profanity or raise my voice, but I did state a fact that she tried to disway me from seeking the answers I needed to help my elderly parents. Very unprofessional. If this institution employs this type of mentality, I suggest everyone switch to a more professional institution.
