1 /5 Theresa: I do NOT recommend this loan place to anyone and If I could give them a zero then I would. I called because I just wanted to let them know that I would be late on my payment due to Job changes and the lady that I talked to was very rude and disrespectful. She didnt give a damn what I was going through is what she basically said in so many words and by 5pm I better had come up with the money to pay them. She said if I had to donate plasma, give blood, borrow it from friends or a family member or whatever I had to do, just get it. And all I really was wanting to tell her was that I was going to be late making my payment. She said all of that and more right after I said that I would be late making a payment. She said since it was just my second payment and I would be late that they couldnt do anything for me. Mind you, I didnt ask for any favors, just wanted them to know that I would be late making my payment because I start another job Wednesday. Whatever late fees I had to pay then I would thats IF I couldnt get the money by then. She even started talking about asking my husband for the money and do he pay my bills for me.....She was just doing too much. When I pay them back I WILL NOT renew anything with them. Please do not get a loan from them. Because I shouldnt have to be talked to the way that she talked to me. She seriously hurt my feelings, I could have been going through something much worse and she wouldnt care and to add to that I could hear it in her voice that she didnt care what I was going through. Stay away from this place, go elsewhere if you can.
