Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Shawna B Bradfute, AAMS® - Waco Priscilla Michelle: I cannot recommend. Shawna advised me to set up a 401k for my business with only 2 employees. I asked what would happen if I sold the business. I was told the 401k could simply be rolled over to an IRA. That change actually incurred a cost of $750 for termination. I had also asked if the fees were worthwhile for a plan with only 2 employees. Of course, she assured me ghe tax benefits outweighed the fees. Yes, the fees are disclosed, but not specific amounts or how they are calculated. In 7 months time, I paid $4,685 in fees for the 401k plan management. In my opinion, this was obviously terrible advice and misleading. For a small business, it is a huge expense and an unwise decision. I expressed my outrage and disappointment to no avail. The worst part was her absolute disregard and lack of concern regarding her poor advice causing my financial loss.
