Angel: I want to start off saying I was with the bank for almost 11 years. When I first opened the account the members were so nice and made sure to take care of their customers. The last two years I have been with this bank it has been nothing but drama and issues. Why should I have anxiety about calling my bank with an issue or even coming in person?! I rudely was interrupted by Neeley the very last time I came in. It embarrassed me and I actually got in my car and had a mild anxiety attack on the way home to Fort Hood. Any time I would call she would give me an attitude as would one other girl. This is my money and I chose to bank with you… I was being charged $5 anytime I used my savings account over a certain amount. That’s fine. But that was never discussed with me when I opened my account long ago. I had only asked to be reimbursed for some of the money taken from me. I was told I could “probably” get some of the money back by one of the female managers. Now that I’ve taken my business elsewhere I realized what I was missing out on. I do hope you all don’t treat every customer that way. It’s honestly a shame.
