First Convenience Bank - Gatesville (TX)

1 /5 Amanda Lewis: I went to the bank yesterday to do a deposit for the company I work for. The branch manager and I use to work together YEARS ago. Every time I go to do a deposit for my company everyone is so sweet and so polite and then there is Stephanie. Everytime I have to go in and do our deposit and shes there I get nothing but eye rolls and her making rude faces from her. She also refuses to do my transaction when the other tellers are busy. She will just go to the back and ignore me. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. If I had a choice I would 100% recommend my company to change banks. Especially if Stephanie cant be professional and put her personal feelings aside.

1 /5 noobcrackerhacker bon: Honestly it not worth to bank there The tellers makes fun of your looks, ideas, and at most everything about you The branch manager most just sits on their phone doing nothing other then Instagram or tiktok The service is at best mid depending on who you get or Honestly who working there currently. Kinda makes me wonder why they keep a now hiring job sign out
