    CK Emmanuel: They talk very nice and all until you make a claim. That’s when they try to find a reason to deny the claim. I’ve been a State Farm customer for the last 2 years and I’m very disappointed. I regret choosing State Farm. Replying to Michael , When I called your agent she was the one who told me she didn’t cancel the policy and my policy is still active. And when I called the representative even they said I’m still covered and when was the part that you guys insisted me to not leave the policy. I asked your agent not to cancel my policy but you guys cancelled it anyways without even letting me know. If my policy was cancelled why did state farm sent me the tow truck and why did you guys approve my rental car. STOP lying you’re making a fool out of yourselves. Everything was good until you guys saw the estimate to fix the car. Your employees should’ve told me it’s gonna take a while to process the cancellation I believe her name was Madison, instead I was told they did not cancel it yet and thats why I made the claim with State Farm. I was told my car is still covered. You guys should train your employees better instead of accusing me. I know it’s not Amazon prime you don’t have to educate me educate your employees.

After submitting my information multiple times and completing extensive, seemingly pointless questionnaires, I received absolutely no follow-up. It felt like a complete waste of time and busy work. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch, they did not return my calls for over a week. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with commercial insurance needs. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable communication and efficient service. Look elsewhere if you value your time.

It’s honestly so refreshing these days, because getting professional, helpful customer service is very rare, but she is also so sweet that you get off the phone with a smile on your face. I’ve also dealt with Jordan Smith personally many times, and he went beyond what an insurance company would normally do, just to have me add my home insurance with them since I was a new homeowner who didn’t know much about what I needed. Check your policy I discovered they lied about my birth date to raise the price put a false dl number and false Vin to have a totally void policy. I went back and made them fix it then they refused payment and left me uninsured for the holiday. There is a lawsuit pending. Hope someone there goes to prison for insurance fraud.
