1 /5 CK Emmanuel: They talk very nice and all until you make a claim. That’s when they try to find a reason to deny the claim. I’ve been a State Farm customer for the last 2 years and I’m very disappointed. I regret choosing State Farm.

When I called your agent she was the one who told me she didn’t cancel the policy and my policy is still active. And when I called the representative even they said I’m still covered and when was the part that you guys insisted me to not leave the policy. I asked your agent not to cancel my policy but you guys cancelled it anyways without even letting me know. If my policy was cancelled why did state farm sent me the tow truck and why did you guys approve my rental car. STOP lying you’re making a fool out of yourselves.
Everything was good until you guys saw the estimate to fix the car.
Your employees should’ve told me it’s gonna take a while to process the cancellation I believe her name was Madison, instead I was told they did not cancel it yet and thats why I made the claim with State Farm. I was told my car is still covered. You guys should train your employees better instead of accusing me. I know it’s not Amazon prime you don’t have to educate me educate your employees.
